Common questions
Start here.
01Does Satisfy need an internet connection?+
No. Satisfy is designed to play offline. Its puzzles, progress system, visuals, haptics, and locally generated audio do not require an account or network connection.
02Where is my progress saved?+
Your progress and settings save automatically in the app's local storage on your device. They are not sent to Satisfy or synchronized through an account.
03How do I retry a puzzle?+
You can return to a puzzle and try again. If a physics attempt misses, let the board settle before the next move. On the final route, an unsuccessful launch automatically rewinds the map for another attempt.
04What happens to generated audio?+
Audio created by the game is cached only on your device so it can play smoothly. It is not uploaded or shared.
05How can I clear local game data?+
Removing the app normally removes its local progress, settings, and cached audio. Your operating system may separately restore app data from a device backup that you control.
06What should I include in a bug report?+
Tell us the puzzle number, what you expected, what happened, your device model, and your iOS version. A screenshot or short screen recording is useful when available.
